At Boubou's Bakery, we strive to provide you with the best possible service and ensure that your orders are delivered in a timely manner. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand our practices regarding shipping and delivery.

Processing Time

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
  • Processing Delays: In the event of high order volumes or other unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be delayed. We will notify you via email if there are any significant delays.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery Estimates:
    • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
    • Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days

Delivery times are estimates and do not account for processing times.

Shipping Locations

  • Domestic Shipping: We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
  • International Shipping: At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

  • Shipment Confirmation: You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
  • Order Tracking: You can track your order through the carrier's website using the tracking number provided in the shipment confirmation email.

Shipping Carriers

  • We use a variety of shipping carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier is selected based on the most efficient delivery method for your order.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

  • P.O. Boxes: We ship to P.O. Box addresses via USPS.
  • APO/FPO Addresses: We ship to APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

Damages and Issues

  • Damaged Items: Boubou's Bakery is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
  • Incorrect or Missing Items: If you received incorrect or missing items in your order, please contact us at boubousbakery007@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
